Maximillion Makeup and Hair...and Portraits

Earlier in the week, one of our designers, Melanie Kyles, took part in a 1960's mod collaboration with Ellen Rachel Photography and model Kitty Quinzell. For hair and make-up they hired the talented Maxine Ayre, owner of Maximillion Makeup and Hair. With an impressive sixteen years experience of working in the industry and a clear passion for her job, she was a fantastic addition to the team. As you can see, she did a wonderful job on recreating a contemporary, on-trend version of traditional 60's mod make-up by keeping the look graphic and adding a bold, orange lip.


Her creativity and love of make-up is not only limited to her job as a HMUA (Hair/make-up artist), but she also creates stunningly accurate portraits on Pro Charts using make-up as her only medium. We're totally bowled over by the skill of her work, just take a look at her amazing artworks...
